Year after year, JA Northern and Eastern Ontario (JA-NEO) proudly hosts the Business Hall of Fame (BHF), celebrating visionary business leaders who have shaped the Peterborough community.
Since its inception, the BHF has honoured individuals whose lasting contributions have driven local economic growth and inspired excellence. These distinguished inductees exemplify unwavering commitment, leadership, and innovation throughout their careers. Beyond their remarkable business achievements, they serve as role models and mentors to the thousands of students impacted by JA-NEO’s programs.
Each year’s inductees are selected through a public nomination process, with candidates reviewed by an independent committee comprised of JA-NEO’s Board of Governors, local business leaders, and past BHF laureates.
The Business Hall of Fame not only celebrates outstanding individuals but also strengthens JA-NEO’s connections with volunteers, investors, and community partners. Proceeds from the event directly support JA-NEO’s mission to deliver financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship programs at no cost to students or schools. This continued support ensures that every JA-NEO student is equipped with the essential skills needed to thrive in today’s competitive world.
